You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on uuujl. This is a mandatory PAGCOR compliance requirement. uuujl verifies age at registration and reserves the right to close accounts and void winnings if underage access is detected.
Each player may hold only one uuujl account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, pending withdrawals, and bonuses.
All financial transactions on uuujl must be made through the player's own verified payment accounts (GCash, PayMaya, bank). Third-party deposits and withdrawals are prohibited. Minimum deposit is ₱100.
All uuujl bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Any use of bots, automated betting software, collusion, or any strategy designed to exploit technical errors in uuujl's games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and full balance forfeiture.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. The uuujl Platform is strictly accessible to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age is set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. Any Player who provides false date-of-birth information at registration will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
2.2 Philippine Residency. uuujl is operated and regulated for the Philippine market. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful for you to participate in.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each Player may register one (1) uuujl Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, all balances (including real-money funds deposited) may be forfeited pending investigation, and the Player may be permanently banned from the Platform.
2.4 Account Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including their legal full name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. uuujl reserves the right to request documentary evidence (e.g., government-issued ID) to verify this information at any time as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail KYC within 30 days of the first deposit request may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a uuujl Account: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) uuujl employees, officers, directors, contractors, and their immediate family members; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from uuujl or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform; (d) individuals whose participation in online gaming is prohibited under applicable Philippine law.
3.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their uuujl login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. uuujl staff will never ask for your password through any channel.
3.2 You must notify uuujl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. uuujl shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 uuujl uses bank-grade SSL (TLS 1.3) encryption on all pages involving account access and financial transactions. Players are advised to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication where available.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. uuujl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Payment methods available to a specific Player may vary based on verification status and account tier. The minimum single deposit is ₱100.
4.2 Own Funds Only. Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days. uuujl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of potentially irregular activity.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. uuujl is obligated to comply with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended). uuujl may request supporting documentation for large transactions and is required to file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where legally required. Depositing proceeds of illegal activity on the uuujl Platform is a criminal offence.
4.5 Currency. All uuujl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). uuujl does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
5.1 uuujl offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms (including wagering requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps) that are disclosed at the point the bonus is offered or credited. These specific bonus terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawing).
5.3 Bonus Abuse. uuujl reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend the relevant Account, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-variance betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, and collusion between players to meet bonus conditions.
5.4 uuujl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.
6.1 All games on the uuujl Platform — including live dealer games on uuujl Casino, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules presented within the Platform interface. Players are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing a bet.
6.2 Random Number Generator (RNG) slot games on uuujl are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in professionally supervised studios.
6.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR: (a) use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (b) collusion with other players or dealers; (c) exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors; (d) chip-dumping in live poker or table games; (e) any form of fraud or misrepresentation.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and table on uuujl. These limits are displayed within the game interface before betting begins. uuujl reserves the right to adjust limits at any time, including applying individual account limits where it determines this is appropriate.
6.5 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or manifest error in the display of odds or game outcomes, uuujl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the Player's account. uuujl's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.
7.1 uuujl is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices among all its members. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, and voluntary self-exclusion.
7.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request voluntary self-exclusion from uuujl at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be locked out of the Platform and uuujl will make reasonable efforts to suppress marketing communications to that Player.

All content on the uuujl Platform — including but not limited to the uuujl brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of uuujl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works based on uuujl content, without express written consent, is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, uuujl shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
9.2 uuujl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their uuujl Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes uuujl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10.1 A Player may close their uuujl Account at any time by contacting live chat or emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining eligible real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method.
10.2 uuujl may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, and forfeit some or all of the Account balance, where the Player has: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) provided false information during registration or KYC; (c) engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive behaviour on the Platform; (d) been found to be under 21 years of age; or (e) been subject to a self-exclusion order.
10.3 Upon Account closure, the Player's data will be retained by uuujl for the minimum period required by applicable Philippine law (including AMLA record-keeping requirements) and thereafter deleted in accordance with the uuujl Privacy Policy.
11.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
11.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and uuujl, the Player should first contact uuujl's customer support at [email protected] or via 24/7 live chat. uuujl will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within 14 business days of receiving written notification.
11.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory complaint rights the Player may have under PAGCOR's player protection framework.
uuujl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Your continued use of the uuujl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
